Optional analytics
If you accept, we use Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits to our public pages and interest in the organiser. Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga to distinguish visits. Google Analytics cookies set by this website are configured for up to 180 days. Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate page reports without analytics cookies.
For analytics on this website, we send the public page address and a general page title. Google Analytics can receive the referring website's origin, device/browser information and basic visit information. We remove query strings and fragments from the page addresses we send, and do not send names, email addresses, form contents, order details or checkout contents as analytics events. We do not enable advertising features or personalised ads through this setup.
Our website interest events record clicks to the organiser section and the fallback checkout link. They do not prove a purchase or measure completed orders. Analytics associated with our separate Shopify checkout is described below.
Google and Vercel process analytics information for us. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and Vercel's Privacy Policy. Declining analytics prevents these optional analytics scripts loading.
Your choices
Accepting analytics is optional. Accept and reject are both available in our analytics panel. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days using a local preference; it is not a marketing profile. If browser storage is unavailable, we may be unable to remember the choice.
Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice at any time. Rejecting after accepting stops future optional tracking, clears the Google Analytics cookies available to this website and reloads the page to unload the analytics scripts. It does not erase information already included in earlier reports.
You can also manage cookies and site data in your browser. Clearing the saved preference means we will ask again. Without JavaScript, optional analytics and the choice panel do not run.
Shopping and enquiries
The Shopify Buy Button and checkout provide the basket, payment and order services needed when you choose to shop. Those services have their own privacy and cookie handling. See the Shopify checkout and order privacy policy and our shipping and returns information.
When you allow analytics in Shopify's checkout cookie preferences, our official Google & YouTube connection can send checkout activity and completed-order information to Google Analytics. This can include product identifiers and quantities, an order reference, currency, the discounted value of the items, and separate shipping and tax amounts. These events help us understand how people use checkout and which visits lead to orders.
The Cookie settings control on this website manages this website's optional analytics. Use Cookie preferences at checkout to review or change Shopify's separate analytics choice. You can shop without accepting optional analytics on either site. We have connected Analytics only; Google Ads is not active through this Shopify connection.
The website also requests resources needed to display it, including fonts. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent these ordinary website or shopping requests. If you email us, we use the information you provide to answer your enquiry; doing so does not subscribe you to marketing.
